CPA
Dallas Millington
Dallas started out working in Boise at Albertsons in the finance department while attending Boise State University where he earned both an undergraduate and graduate degree in accounting.
After graduation he moved to LeMasterDaniels accounting firm (now Clifton LarsenAllen) working as a public accountant. After a number of years he struck out on his own and has been hard at it for almost a decade. He began small out of his home and has continued to grow. You will find that he loves numbers and making them right for you! He has serviced both small and Fortune 250 companies with various needs.
Dallas is originally from the small town of Buhl Idaho right outside of Twin Falls. He grew up milking cows and everything agricultural. He moved to Boise in 2002 to continue his education and is married to Bethany with 4 great kids. He has spent much time in scouting and being a youth leader. He is currently involved with the youth in his church and enjoys politics, hiking, golfing, numbers, numbers and more numbers.
Brandon is a graduate of Brigham Young University, earning a bachelor’s and master’s Degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation. He began his career as a tax consultant with Deloitte in Denver, Colorado, specializing in private wealth management and family-held businesses. After several years in Colorado, Brandon relocated back to his home state of Idaho to work for Deloitte in Boise. A year later, Brandon joined forces with Dallas and has loved being part of the growing Millington & Company team.
Brandon grew up in southwest Idaho in the small town of Weiser. He has been married to his wife Keely since 2012 and has 3 incredibly energetic kids: Rae, Brooks, and Troy. Brandon and his family enjoy trying new things and being in the outdoors – hiking, camping, four wheeling, biking – basically anything to get out of the house or office.

Cayley Allen
Cayley Allen is a Treasure Valley native, born and raised in Nampa, ID. She attended Boise State University, earning her bachelor and master degrees in accounting. She has been a CPA since 2009, and has experience in both public and private accounting. She enjoys helping small business owners navigate the accounting and tax aspects of their businesses. When she’s not working, Cayley enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, and travelling.
Wendi earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. She worked for an electrode manufacturer in southern California for eight years before relocating with her two daughters to Boise. Since relocating, Wendi has worked for Myers & Stauffer LC where she performed audits of state Medicaid programs and for National HouseCheck Corp, a home inspection start-up, where she was the Accounting and HR Manager. In 2020, Wendi made the transition to public accounting and joined the Millington & Co team in 2021.
Wendi grew up on military bases from South Carolina to Texas, Hawaii and California; her father is retired from the USMC. Although she can appreciate all the states she’s lived in, she says that Idaho is the most beautiful. Wendi enjoys exploring Idaho, camping, hiking, crafting and planning new fun events for her Meetup group. Her oldest daughter is planning to start nursing school here in Boise while her youngest daughter is in the USAF and stationed in Florida.
Rachel is a recent graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She began as an intern at Millington & Co. and is now employed full-time.
Rachel grew up in North Carolina and moved with her family to Boise a few years ago. She loves the outdoors and all that Idaho has to offer. She enjoys trail running, swimming, biking, and spending time with her family.
Magen graduated with high honors from Northwest Nazarene University where she earned a double bachelor’s in accounting and business administration. During this time, Magen engaged in projects with several companies to review and resolve inconsistencies and errors. It is during this time that Magen discovered her love for “forensic bookkeeping”.
Since graduation, Magen worked for a private company as a full-charge bookkeeper before joining Millington & Co CPAs. Magen is energetic and passionate about aiding businesses with their financial needs and enjoys helping clients manage and organize their finances.
Magen is an Idaho native growing up in the small town of Filer, Idaho; located near Twin Falls, Idaho. She has three beautiful daughters: Jazmyn, Belle, and Kate, that bring joy and chaos to her life. Magen and her daughters love to camp, paddle board, watch movies together, and there is always singing in the house.
Becky earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Eastern Oregon University. She has worked at two other CPA firms in the Treasure Valley as a full charge bookkeeper. She likes to dig in and fix the problems so the bookkeeping runs smoothly going forward.
Becky grew up between Illinois and Florida. She lived in California for a time and relocated to Idaho in 2005. She says of the places she has lived; Idaho is her favorite. She has two sons and a daughter. Her oldest son served in the Navy, her daughter is attending school in Oregon, and her youngest son will be serving in the Navy. She loves camping with her husband and three dogs, fishing, and hunting, and competing in Cowboy Fast draw. When at home she and her husband play games on the patio and she usually has her favorite chicken in her lap.
Michelle graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Her background is in Hospitality Business Management, Banking and Office Management. Michelle is passionate about helping others and enjoys the busy accounting atmosphere.
Michelle was raised in Sandpoint, Idaho and moved to Boise after college. She loves spending time with her husband Cory. They like to do anything outdoorsy like hiking, biking, camping and floating the Boise river. They have two rambunctious little Boston Terriers, Albus and Letty, that always keep life interesting!
Nikki's background is in Patient and Client Service. She is dedicated to assisting and supporting both the team and clients at Millington & Co.
Nikki is an Idaho native from Nampa, Idaho and grew up exploring the mountains of the Boise National Forest and the deserts of Owyhee County. She spends a majority of her time with her amazing family and friends. Nikki enjoys kayaking, camping, painting, and exploring the Treasure Valley.
